Nicky is the Chief Financial Officer at William Joseph Capital Management, Inc. She oversees day to day financial tasks, responds to questions regarding advisor fee payments and costs, handles payroll for Home Office employees, creates financial reports and provides feedback for Managing Partners.
She also supervises Human Resources, including the onboarding of new advisors and Home Office employees, providing an overview of available employee benefits, annually reviewing and updating Employee Manuals and memos, tracking employee reviews and benefits, and answering general support-related questions.
She has over ten years of experience in customer service, financial services, accounting and auditing. Her high school education included two years of intensive office education and accounting courses. She went on to receive her bachelor's degree in accounting at the University of Akron in 2006.
When she is not working, she enjoys reading, outdoor activities, and spending time with family and friends.
