Justin Bolmgren oversees day‑to‑day operations across the William Joseph family of companies, with a focus on building scalable advisor platforms, strengthening governance and compliance, and aligning technology and workflows to support a consistent client experience. He brings 23 years of financial services experience and deep RIA operations expertise to the role.
Before joining William Joseph, Justin served as President of Bolmgren RetirePLAN, Inc., an RIA he led for a decade, and as Vice President at First Midwest Securities. He also works directly with clients through Legacy Point Wealth, applying his financial planning background to retirement and wealth planning. He holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Akron.
