With over three decades of experience in the financial services and accounting industries, J. Michael Tuohey, CPA, brings a wealth of knowledge and steady leadership to every client relationship. Mike began his career in mutual fund and brokerage operations, eventually advancing into senior executive roles, including Chief Financial Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and Chief Operating Officer at several firms.
Leveraging this deep operational and financial expertise, Mike went on to co-found Prince & Tuohey CPAs, where he integrates investment insight with tax and estate planning strategies. He is particularly known for helping individuals and business owners navigate complex financial issues with clarity and confidence.
Mike is a graduate of the College of William & Mary and now resides in Hot Springs, Arkansas. He remains actively involved in both professional and civic life, currently serving as a member—and former Board member—of the Arkansas Society of CPAs and the Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce. He has also held board positions with several charitable organizations, reflecting a lifelong commitment to giving back.
